Frank V. Ariano has focused his practice in the areas of Family Law, Divorce and Family Law Mediation. He has been licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois since 1970. He has been licensed to practice in the State of Colorado since 1988 and has been licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of United States of America since 1990.

Mr. Ariano is involved in numerous professional organizations, and has been a frequent speaker on various topics on both the State and local level. For a complete listing, click here. He is a past president of the Kane County Bar Association, inaugural president of the Kane County Bar Foundation, past president of the Elgin Bar Association and immediate past chair of the Illinois State Bar Association, Family Law Section Council. He has also been a past member of the Board of Directors of the Illinois Bar Foundation.

Mr. Ariano received his B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1967 and his J.D., with distinction, from IIT - Chicago Kent College of Law in 1970.

Mr. Ariano has retired from the active practice of law in July 2004, but remains of counsel to the firm.
