Social Security DisabilityAriano Hardy Ritt handles claims for Social Security Disability benefits. There are two programs under which benefits can be awarded. These two programs are called Title II (Retirement, Survivors, & Disability Insurance) and Title XVI (Supplemental Security Income) Disability Programs. Title II claims are for disabled persons whose employer withheld FICA for enough quarters to qualify the person to receive disability benefits. Title XVI claims are for disabled persons who have limited household incomes and assets.
